Winner of international awards and honors, such as the SARP Award - "Project of the Year 1985" - for the concept of a residential building on ul. St. Filip in Krakow, two awards in the "Your home is a dialogue with traditions" competition organized by the Warmian-Masurian Province in 2010, or recent achievements - the main prize in the international Architecture Awards 2022 competition organized by the UK's largest construction magazine BUILD, first place in the international World Architecture & Design Awards 2022 competition, and others.

Project LK&1079

The modern house with unique architecture is perfect for a large, multi-generational family that appreciates unconventionality, functionality and aesthetics. The usable area of the house: 278 + 40 m².

Project LK&1373

This project will be a dream come true for all who love modern barn-style houses. Simple, compact form, wide glazing, as well as ingeniously planned functional layout is what characterizes our LK&1373. Area: 140 + 44 m².

Project LK&1150

The large modern house was built in 2021 in Poland. Functional layout of rooms allows to combine living, working and leisure under one roof. The usable area of the house: 351 + 81 m².

Project LK&1510

The design is based on the asymmetry of balance. Cubism permeates the artistic concept of the building, and its parts are intertwined into a single whole through the original layout. The project was completed in Poland in 2021. Usable area: 470 + 162 sqm.

How is the project created?

1st week

Meeting with investor

The project begins with defining your ideas and needs. Unleash your dreams and communicate them to the architects!

3rd week

Sketching the concept

Based on his knowledge, the architect prepares the first sketches of the concept. All details and harmonious proportions are important.

4th week

Preparation of visualizations

We process the finished sketches on the computer to bring the concept as close as possible to the actual photos.

5th week

Acceptance of the concept

For approval we send all floor plans, visualizations and elevations of the house. Before acceptance, you can make various amendments to the concept.

12th week

Technical development

Our specialists develop the three main sections of the project - architecture, construction and building installations.

16th week

Obtaining a building permit

With the design ready, you get a building permit and start building your dream house.

Krakow architectural studio LK&PROJEKT has been actively operating since 1991. It is co-founded by a team of talented designers who reach for their layers of knowledge and creativity every day to create the best architectural projects.

We design buildings, especially single-family houses and residences, as well as small architecture and interiors. We offer ready-made house designs, as well as individual, customized designs.
